She brings nearly 11 years of electric utility experience, a unique attribute to support specialized site selection investments in Florida.
Ruiz’s professional acumen has been instrumental in attracting and helping to grow the footprint of businesses in Florida across various sectors; attracting jobs and new tax base to the communities in which we live and work.

At CAP Realty, she oversees commercial real estate transactions to include buyer and tenant representation with interests in land development, commercial redevelopment along with professional office and industrial development, notably in specialty manufacturing including life sciences, defense and heavy industry to include rail served industrial. Areas of focus are Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, Hernando and Citrus counties, often supporting her clients’ interests throughout the state of Florida. Leveraging governmental, electric utility and private industry connections allows her to engage on behalf of her clients’ needs for shared success.

Ruiz is a graduate of Clemson University earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a specialty in International Business. She is a credentialed Master Economic Development Practitioner. She has also earned national and state recognitions from Consultant Connect,
Development Counselors’ International (DCI) and the Florida Economic Development Council.
Danielle resides in the Tampa Bay area with her husband and two children.
